We START TOGETHER and FINISH TOGETHER!!
Ages are 9 and up and no pre-registration is necessary. Everyone 9 and up must complete at least one Intro class before advancing to the 1 hour Level-1 class.
Our Level-2 Parkour classes are scheduled for 2 hours. The classes are structured as follows:
Warm up – 1/2 Hour: The entire class is guided through exercises, movements and stretches specifically designed to warm-up the body for the Parkour discipline.
Parkour Instruction – 1 Hour: After the warm-up, the class is broken up into smaller groups based on skill level and experience. The groups then receive specialized instruction on specific Parkour movements being featured on that day. Oftentimes, the groups face the same obstacles but are given different instruction on how to navigate the obstacle based upon skill level and ability.
Cool Down – 1/2 Hour: For the last portion of class, the group will come back together for the cool down period. Instructors will lead the entire class in core conditioning and stretching exercises followed by injury preventative stretching to help calm the body down after the parkour workout. This will help the body get stronger and prepare it for the next time it works out.
