You can come to us and train in a group setting or in a private session. We will also come to your facility/school/work site or home and design a format specific for your personal needs.

Below is an example of classes you will typically find at B.A.S.E.
The intro is a required first class and is designed to help get you started into your Parkour journey. It also gives the coaches an opportunity to get to understand a little more about your strength s and abilities so that we can better develop a plan for progress in your training.
Our Parkour classes are held in a group instructional setting with all skill levels welcome. We work on: Running, Jumping, Climbing, Quadrupeds, Vaults, Precisions and Balance Drills. All workouts will be geared toward fundamental core development in order to gain proper muscle memory for the activity and create functional strength.
Level-1/Parkour Technique Class:
The one-hour Lvl-1 Class will help anybody new to the idea of Parkour understand the basic fundamental movement required to begin practicing the discipline. At the same time, we offer a Parkour Technique Class where we focus on one skill for the hour and work on the technique required to better that specific skill.
The Lvl-2 PK class jumps from a one hour format into a two hour training session and requires that you pass the beginners curriculum test prior to participation. The sessions are quite a bit more intense in nature and focus on a stronger mind and body for extended application of skill sets.
Kids PK Classes:Coming Soon
B.A.S.E. Fitness Parkour offers kids classes that enroll students 5 – 8 years of age for our 6-week group sessions! These classes focus on fundamental Parkour skills and vaults appropriate to each child’s age and skill level, as well as key elements of the discipline, including balance, agility, strength and endurance. These classes provide an opportunity for your child to grow stronger and more confident in Parkour movement, learn proper safety habits when training, and have a ton of fun in a dynamic group environment! Occasionally, we take our workouts on location to train in real-world settings. Check the class/event in the calendar for the location.
We also offer personal classes in Parkour with our instructors. These sessions are set up upon request and are based upon the availability of the instructor.
We often hold special events for holidays, special occasions, etc. Follow us on Facebook or keep an eye on the calendar for these special events.
Basic MMA Training: This class focuses on beginner basics for stand up and ground fighting. Learn the basics of the sport to get you started on your journey to the cage. This is not a show and prove class, this is for beginners who want to learn sound technique in order to have a strong foundation to build upon. 30minute warm up, 30 minute technique drills, and 1 hour of sparring. Mouth piece and cup required $10.00 per class and we will alternate weeks between standup and ground work.
FCPK (Full Contact Parkour)
Our FCPK classes are designed to push you both mentally and physically in both fight and flight scenarios. We introduce the Parkour obstacles and flow for each evening and then insert combative variables to help identify, learn and begin to navigate. We often do rounds of PK flow and then rounds of combative drills but on occasion we will do both at the same time. Mouthpiece and cup required as well as an open mind and warrior spirit for training in this manner. Talk to Ayren before coming to these classes.
Just For Kicks:
This is a class that specifically targets the kicking concepts, training and development to begin your XMA and Freerunning tricking curriculum. It is designed to give you the much needed foundation for leg strength, stability and agility necessary to achieve most of your dynamic tricking techniques. This class takes the approach and dedication of a Martial Artist and combines that with the energetic spirit and creativity of a Free Runner.

Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all in a 45 minute session. Body Dominance works on Balance, Agility, Flexibility and Patience. Get ready for one of the best workouts you will ever experience and bring plenty of water. Hip Hop Dance Class
The Hip Hop classes are for 16 years and older and focus on routines that can be rhythmically intricate but easily understood by the end of each class. We want to get a good cardio workout as well as have a blast listening to ALL types of hip hop music from around the world. A fun but focused atmosphere with some sweat and lots of smiles.
