Parkour & Freerunning
The class is broken up into smaller groups based on skill level and experience. The groups then receive specialized instruction on specific parkour movements being featured on that day.
Students 5 – 8 years of age for our 6-week group sessions! These classes focus on fundamental Parkour skills and vaults appropriate to each child’s age and skill level, as well as key elements of the discipline, including balance, agility, strength and endurance.
FCPK (Full Contact Parkour) is a class format that combines defensive tactics (self defense) and Parkour. FCPK will help develop an individual to function in many situations.

Currently, we hold regularly scheduled group classes in parkour. We also regularly offer blocks of classes in TRX & Body Dominance Training. For a look at when our classes occur, check the Class Schedule, or for specific days, check the Calendar.
